Hello Folks,
This blog entry is long overdue. For the last couple of months I’ve focused my energy and time fixing past quality issues. We listened to all of your questions and concerns, and eliminated many bugs, including the speaker, battery and charging issues that some of you had. In addition, I’m glad to report that our newest phones, the Sonim XP3 Quest Pro and the Sonim XP2 Spirit, are greatly advanced versions of our past handsets, but still follow our Built For Life tradition.
I look forward to keeping you updated on many new and exciting ventures.
Best,
Bob
Hello
I would like to thank you for creating such excellent phones!Apart from returning my XP3 Enduro because of it turning off by itself,I received a 2nd handset which in 20 minutes I found out that the speaker didn't work!I returned the 2nd handset to Vodafone on 2/04/2010 and it's been about 20 days that I haven't received it yet.I went there today and found out that they had been retrieved from the Vodafone shops and sent back and the distributor for Greece will be http://www.sonim.gr/.
I called them and they said that it will be a LONG time until they will start distributing the phone again (3 months!!!) and it's best that I ask to receive one from your company in the States. What do I have to do?
Apart from the above problems I love your phones!
Thank you
Chris Athanassiadis

I have an XP3 and although it is a brilliant phone, this issue of it turning of by itself is a nightmare. I have spoken to UK support and they have had the phone in and told me its fixed, but it never has been. What is causing the phone to switch
off and is Sonim going to do anything to rectify this problem. I always assumed it was an error on my side, but having read so many complaints and issues on it now know it isnt me. I even had a case made for it thinking I was pressing the off button, even though it was keypad locked.
